At PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, we strive for complete satisfaction with every brew; if your order does not meet our standards, we offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable merchandise and unopened coffee products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our guest services team via email with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain sealed and merchandise is in its original condition.

  Ship to New Orleans

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
