We roast our coffee in small batches at our New Orleans facility and use specialized vacuum-sealed packaging to lock in the aroma and flavor before shipping directly to your door.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the United States.
Can I return coffee products if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact our customer service within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Does PJ's Coffee offer a subscription service?

Are your coffee pods compatible with Keurig machines?
Our Single Serve Cups are designed to be compatible with most Keurig and K-Cup brewing systems, allowing you to enjoy New Orleans flavor with one-touch convenience.
Do you offer international shipping?
